Victoria sponge

Vanilla buttercream and homemade strawberry jam sandwiched between a fluffy vanilla sponge. A classic!

Double chocolate

Gooey chocolate sponge layered with a smooth creamy chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream, for an extra chocolate boost.

Lemon & blueberry

Light fluffy lemon zest sponge with blueberries, homemade lemon curd, homemade blueberry jam and a lemon zest buttercream.

Banana & caramel

Moist banana sponged layered with vanilla buttercream and salted caramel. This flavour is also available in a slight variation, with roasted pecans and walnuts baked in the sponge.

Orange & cranberry

Soft orange sponge made with polenta flour bejewelled with cranberries, filled with an orange buttercream.

Tropical

A zesty lime sponge is accompanied by a mango and passionfruit coolie filling, and topped with a lime buttercream. A summer favourite!

Chocolate & cherry

A gooey chocolate sponge filled with a homemade cherry jam and a cherry buttercream.   

Mocha

Gooey chocolate sponge, soaked with a coffee syrup and layered with coffee buttercream.

Zingy lemon

Zingy lemon zest sponge filled with homemade lemon curd and lemon buttercream.

Speculoos

A fluffy vanilla sponge or gooey chocolate sponge, filled with a biscoff buttercream.

Chai, ginger & rhubarb

Moist chai spiced sponge topped with vanilla bean buttercream and homemade rhubarb jam, with crystallised stem ginger. A winter favourite! 

Carrot & orange

A zesty, moist and lightly spiced sponge, filled with a cream cheese buttercream.

Lemon​

A crispy almond shell is flavoured with fresh lemon zest, and filled with a smooth, creamy white chocolate ganache flavoured with more lemon zest for an extra zesty punch.

Strawberry​

A crispy almond shell flavoured with freeze-dried strawberries and filled with a smooth creamy white chocolate ganache, flavoured with more freeze-dried strawberries for a full-bodied strawberry aroma.

Bergamot

A crispy almond shell flavoured with earl grey tea, and filled with a smooth creamy white chocolate ganache flavoured with orange zest.

A crispy almond shell is coloured and flavoured with cocoa powder, and filled with a smooth creamy dark chocolate ganache, for a rich indulgent taste

Coffee & chocolate
